Enrico Viccardi
Enrico Viccardi, geboren in Maleo (Italië) in 1961, verhuisde na een paar jaar naar Codogno, waar hij nog steeds woont. Hij behaalde zijn diploma in orgel en orgelcompositie met eersteklas status aan het conservatorium van Piacenza, studeerde bij Giuseppina Perotti en perfectioneerde vervolgens zijn vaardigheden bij Michael Radulescu aan de Hochschule für Musik in Wenen. Hij heeft ook talrijke masterclasses gevolgd bij gekwalificeerde docenten (E.Fadini, C.Tilney, J.Langlais, D.Roth), vooral die van L.F.Tagliavini aan de Italiaanse Muziekacademie voor Orgel in Pistoia. Zijn concertoptredens brachten hem naar tal van belangrijke steden in Italië en in het buitenland met een speciale interesse in het gebruik en de promotie van het rijke erfgoed van historische instrumenten. Hij trad op voor prestigieuze muziekfestivals en verenigingen zoals Musica e poesia a San Maurizio (Milaan), Feste organistiche di Venezia, Accademia di Pistoia, Colorno, Cattedrale di Cremona, Genova, Festival Internazionale di Trento, Bolzano, Festival Internazionale di Paola, Napoli, Bari, La Chaise Dieu, Lavaur, Cannes, Montpellier, Granada, Festival Internazionale delle Asturie, Madrid, Barcellona, Andorra, Festival Internazionale di Lisbona, Porto, Isole Azzorre, Città del Vaticano, Londra, Malmö, Leufstabruk, Kazimierz Dolny, Bydgoszcz, Kremnica, Kazimierz Dolny, Dornum, Uttum, Berlijn (Konzerthaus), Hamburg, Neufelden, Alma-Ata, Montevideo...
Hij heeft ook als continuospeler gewerkt met prestigieuze ensembles zoals het Italiaans Zwitsers Radiokoor, het Ensemble Vanitas, de Sonatori van Gioiosa Marca met dirigenten als René Clemencic, Fasolis Diego, Giuliano Carmignola. Hij heeft cd's opgenomen voor de labels Bottega Discantica, Divox Antiqua en Dynamics. Voor het label heeft Fugatto verschillende cd's opgenomen, een dvd gewijd aan orgelmeesterwerken van J.S.Bach en begon hij met het project om de volledige orgelwerken van J.S.Bach op Italiaanse oude en moderne instrumenten op cd op te nemen (beide bekroond met vijf sterren door het tijdschrift Musica). De opname van de Kunst der Fuge op het Mascioni-orgel in Giubiasco voor de Radio van Italiaans Zwitserland is onlangs uitgezonden door RSI. Voor het Nederlandse label Brilliant nam hij de orgelwerken van Tarquinio Merula op het Chiappani-orgel (1647) van Mezzana Casati (LO, Italië) op en ook de complete werken voor orgel en klavecimbel van Bernardo Storace op. Onlangs verscheen een cd met composities van Frescobaldi, opgenomen op het Antegnati (1580)/Giani (2015) orgel in het klooster van San Pietro in Lamosa in Provaglio d'Iseo (BS), evenals de cd met het Orgelbüchlein van J.S.Bach, opgenomen voor DaVinci Classics op het orgel van de kerk van het Governatorato van Vaticaanstad. Hij heeft masterclasses gevolgd in Italië, Spanje, Portugal, Duitsland, Zweden en Kazachstan. Hij doceert orgel aan de vereniging Marc'Antonio Ingegneri in Cremona; artistiek directeur van "Autunno organistico nel Lodigiano", van het festival "Percorsi d'Organo in Provincia di Como" en "Primavera organistica cremonese", is voorzitter van de muziekvereniging Accademia Maestro Raro in Casalpusterlengo. Hij doceert orgel en orgelcompositie aan het Conservatorium van Parma.

He has also worked as a continuo player with prestigious ensembles such as the Italian Swiss Radio Choir, the Ensemble Vanitas, the Sonatori of Gioiosa Marca with conductors such as René Clemencic, Fasolis Diego, Giuliano Carmignola. He has recorded CDs for the labels Bottega Discantica, Divox Antiqua and Dynamics. For the label Fugatto has recorded different CDs, a DVD devoted to organ masterworks of J.S.Bach and began the project of recording in CD of the complete organ works by J.S.Bach on italian ancient and modern instruments (both awarded with five stars by the magazine Musica). The recording of the Art of the Fugue on the Mascioni organ in Giubiasco for the Radio of Italian Switzerland has been recently broadcasted by RSI. He recorded for the dutch label Brilliant the organ works by Tarquinio Merula on the Chiappani Organ (1647) of Mezzana Casati (LO, Italy) and the complete works for organ and harpsichord by Bernardo Storace as well. A CD with compositions by Frescobaldi recorded on the Antegnati (1580)/Giani (2015) organ in the monastery of San Pietro in Lamosa in Provaglio d'Iseo (BS) appeared recently, as well as the CD with the Orgelbüchlein by J.S.Bach recorded for DaVinci Classics at the organ of the Church of the Governatorato of the Vatican City. He has held master classes in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Sweden and Kazachstan. He teaches organ at the Marc?Antonio Ingegneri association in Cremona; artistic director of ?Autunno organistico nel Lodigiano?, of the festival ?Percorsi d'Organo in Provincia di Como? and ?Primavera organistica cremonese?, is president of the music association Accademia Maestro Raro in Casalpusterlengo.
